Melanoma Monday: SURVIVOR

Protect the skin you're in.
The skin is the largest organ you have. I never took care of my skin the way I should have, whether or not that is why I am where I am. This is just a reminder to:
Use sunscreen
Wear Hats
Seek Shade


I'm thankful I am on on the other side of a scary Melanoma diagnosis, but I can't pretend that I am not, or others I love are not, still at risk. I am a survivor everyday and will celebrate this life I have been given. This is no scare tactic but a friendly reminder to go to the dermatologist where one check up appointment is way less inconvenient than life changing surgeries and a year of cancer treatment.
