Vitamin C

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an essential nutrient that offers a wide range of health benefits. I have taken Vitamin C for years. I have done IV vit C for cancer treatment, and I have continued to take it daily to help with my immune system, iron absorption, and as an antioxidant. including maxing the dose when experiencing sickness. As always the best defense is by adding vitamin C through the foods you are eating, but supplement with this highly effective and essential nutrient is on my daily supplement agenda. The great thing about vitamin C is that once your body has stopped absorbing it, it will flush it out.
