There's a world cancer day? Who knew.
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose". Romans 8:28
It's strange how you become part of something, a club, organization, family, and it is part of you. You become passionate about it. Your hearts beats for those in it and you cherish what is means to you. Today is world cancer day, and I'm part of this club. I think we all are in some way. You, or one of your people have been touched by cancer and so we are all a part of this.

Chances are, you do. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 12.7 million people find out each year around the world that they have cancer, and 7.6 million people die from cancer."
Today I am thankful I am here. Thankful that God has used cancer in my life to be a part of my story, so that I can know deeply all of the things that cancer is to so many. I am thankful that out of cancer he created Radiant Hope, where we can pray for, connect with, and share Jesus love with those hurting because of this club that I joined. www.hisradianthope.org
Do you know someone with Cancer? Today is a day to reach out to them. Tell them they are strong, tell them that you may not understand what they are going through, but that you are there for them and that you love them. Then stop and pray for them. They may be doing cancer right now, have done it years ago but its not far from their mind. A day like today can open up an opportunity for you to reach out, through broken relationships, and hard stuff, blame it on cancer and speak love into someone's life. You will be blessed because of it.
When you are a survivor everyday is world cancer day, because it's part of your whole world. But today we can all encourage together. Love together. Think of those who have gone or are going through hard. I can stand up to cancer today and tell it how bad it sucks and how scary it is, how it tries to steal joy and life, but how out of it I because a new person. Satan tries to use cancer to ruin us and how God can use it to change us. The battle has already been won friends. We are all in this together.
