Day 1 post-op

Jo was up most of the night trying to get rest.  She has been in a lot of pain and the doctors have been trying to find a regimen that works for her pain and nausea.  She is going to be admitted for another day until we figure things out.   The problem has been, for the amount of drugs that Jo needs to ease the pain, the meds have been making her sick.  The doctor was not able to give her as much local anesthetic this time because of the type and location of surgery.

Continue to pray that this new regimen we are starting now will work for her, relieve her pain, and allow her to rest.
